Dakshai Patel announced as CEO of Kellyville Private Hospital

Dakshai joins Kellyville Private Hospital with over 30 years' experience in senior leadership roles across private for profit, not for profit and government healthcare organisations. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge in mental health with a unique blend of people leadership and business acumen. 

Dakshai admits that this is an exciting time to join Kellyville Private Hospital, operated by Aurora Healthcare Australia, one of the largest private mental health providers in Australia.  

“I am a strong advocate for mental health and consider it an honour to continue building our services and responding to the needs of our patients by providing holistic, innovative and evidence-based care options,” says Dakshai.  

“Sydney’s North-West area is rapidly growing and with growth comes the added demands on health care services, particularly mental health.

“I want to ensure that we work collaboratively with other healthcare providers and organisations so that people have prompt access to individually tailored expert care and treatment when they need it.

“We have a dedicated team of psychiatrists, nurses, allied health professionals and support services and I look forward to working closely with everyone as we focus on delivering excellence in care and the best possible patient outcomes."
